Lost or Stolen Packages
Syntek Outdoors is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.
